a reasonable place to stay

tidy room fresh smell equipped kitchen deposit refund poor insulation closed door

I appreciated the clean and tidy room. it smelled fresh upon arrival. the kitchen was well-equipped. It had everything i needed.

I did have to request the deposit refund. It wasn't automatic. fortunately, the owner responded quickly. there were no apologies or explanations, a little disappointing. the room doors did not fully close. this meant the sound insulation was poor.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Self check-in worked fine for me. A supermarket is located right opposite. It has a hot cooked counter for food and coffee.

I had to ask for the deposit return, though I got a quick reply from the owner.

clean house well-equipped kitchen free wifi

the house was very super clean and cozy, i noticed! bedding and towels were supplied. the kitchen is well equipped with everything i needed. free wifi worked perfectly!

i found that there was one bathroom for four rooms with some congestion.

the kitchen contains everything necessary for preparing food, and i enjoyed using it. there is a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher all available to use. it made meal preparation easy!

the location is amazing, great for convenient travel. grocery shops are right across the street and have excellent hours. queen's university is also only a 15-minute walk away.

convenient supermarket proper towels small room thin walls

the location was great for access to nearby attractions. the supermarket across the street was very convenient. coffee and tea were provided in the cupboards. the shower had proper towels and gels for sensitive skin.

i had to remind the owner to refund my deposit after checking out. the double room was very small. the walls were thin. i could hear people moving around on my floor.

an okay experience

easy instruction nice hotel small room thin wall

the instructions for check in, were super easy. the hotel seemed clean and quite nice. i thought the rooms were pristine and such a great value.

i had to pay a deposit into some personal bank account. i needed to remind them to refund it after checking out too. the double room? its really small. plus, the walls felt so thin. i could hear people moving around, its so bad.

the location was very good. the room was very comfy and tidy. the shower in the bathroom was good too.

i didnt get the deposit back until i asked for it. there was no apologies and no explanation. i think they just forgot it.
